About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About financial improvement of the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov"

For the purpose of creation of conditions for stabilization of production in the field of rocket production and ensuring accomplishment by Ukraine of the obligations provided by international treaties of Ukraine concerning space activities and also for ensuring further development of this industry during forced reorientation of the directions of international cooperation in the field of space activities and recovery of defense component of area the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About financial improvement of the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 4, the Art. 11) the following changes:

Paragraphs two - the fifth Article 1 to replace 1) with one paragraph of the following content:

"The company repays the debt to the state quarterly equal parts within 10 years, since 2020, agrees to the development plan for the company approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning industrial policy and entrepreneurship. On outstanding amount percent are not charged. The percent added on outstanding amount on the date of adoption of this law are paid according to the procedure, provided for debt repayment. The penalties added on the date of adoption of this Law are written off";

To add 2) with Article 2-1 of the following content:

"Article 2-1. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, since 2017, the state company "Southern Machine-Building Plant production association of A. M. Makarov" with state orders, including the state defense orders, proceeding from opportunities of the government budget".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
