About introduction of amendments to the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 280/2016

In the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 280/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 472-477, 945) to make the following changes:

1. To state Item 1 of article IX in the following edition:

"1. During the period from January 1, 2017 to July 1, 2017 the vehicles classified by goods item 8703, imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova by physical resident persons till November 1, 2016, irrespective of useful life, declared by action according to Article 184-1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 and part (3) article 10 of the Law on procedure for import to the Republic of Moldova and export from its territory of property by physical persons No. 1569/2002, and also the vehicles classified by goods item 8703, which were in ownership or use till November 1, 2016 irrespective of useful life, with registration registration plates of administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester and Bender's municipium, can be placed under customs regime of import with payment of excise in the amount of 30 percent of the rate of excise established for 2016 with submission of the certificate, confirming payment of vignette, and their registration according to the current legislation. The excise rate in the amount of 30 percent of the rate of excise for 2016 established for the term of 10 years is applied to vehicles which useful life exceeds 10 years.".

2. In articles XI and XII of the word "April 1, 2017" shall be replaced with words "on July 1, 2017".
