About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone "The production Valkanesh park No. 1527/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 36-37, 236), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Art. II. – In the Law on free enterprise zones No. 440/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 108-109, 834), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 2:

to add the concept "foreign trade activity" after the words "imported into free zone" with the words "from the territory of the Republic of Moldova or";

add Article with the following concept:

"industrial production of goods – production in the course of which raw materials and semifinished products turn into end product with use of industrial equipment.".

2. In part (15) Article 6 of the word "licenses (permission)." to replace with the word "permissions".

3. Add Article 7 with part (4-2) following of content:

"(4-2) provisions of the customs legislation and international treaties which party is the Republic of Moldova, in the part relating to the imported goods used for production of domestic goods extend To goods (services) which did not undergo sufficient processing in free zone in case of their export from free zone on other part of customs area of the Republic of Moldova.".
