About entering of amendment into article 6 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995

Article 6 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (1995, No. 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item e-1) the following content:
"e-1) can provide free of charge State Healthcare Institutions and public institutions of forensic medical examination by the rooms necessary for provision of medical services for the population, with establishment of obligation of use of the rooms provided free of charge on the appointment provided in the agreement;".
