About approval of the Procedure for application of customs regime of re-export to goods which move through customs border of Ukraine

According to Articles 187, 196, 197, 198, 199 Customs codes of Ukraine and resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.08.2003 No. 1211

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of customs regime of re-export to goods which move through customs border of Ukraine (further - the Procedure) it is applied.

2. (Melnik M. V.) to provide to management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare) and Management of legal work provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Information analytically to customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) to finish the software taking into account requirements of the Procedure till 15.12.2003.

4. And public relations (Gunko S. O.) to provide to department of questions of interaction with mass media illumination of this order in mass media after its state registration.

5. Determine that this order becomes effective 01.01.2004.

6. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Service Ivanyuk M. M.
