About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the state fee No. 1216/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. Subitems h) and i) Item 1) of Article 3 to recognize invalid.

2. In part (1) Article 4:

add Item 4-1) with the words "and in claims for compensation of the material and/or moral damage caused as a result of acts of violence in family;";

add part with Item 7-4) of the following content:

"7-4) claimants – in claims for compensation of the material and/or moral damage caused by crime;".

Art. II. – In part (1) Article 85 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 415), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:
