About entering of amendments into article 4 of the Law No. 1216/1992 on the state fee
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 4 of the Law No. 1216/1992 on the state fee (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 53-55, 302), with subsequent changes and amendments to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (11) the following content:
"(11) the Organizations and the foreign citizens implementing projects in the field of development or external technical assistance within the international treaty are exempted from payment of the state fee on conditions and in the limits set by the international treaty for the services provided by bodies of the public power and public organizations.".
Art. II. – This law becomes effective after month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
