About modification of article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" concerning priority of the vehicles moving around
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (1993, No. 31, the Art. 338) after part one to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of the following content:
"The benefit in movement at intersections where roundabout is organized, is provided to vehicles which already move around".
With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
