About modification of the Order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95

1. Make change to appendix 1 to the Payment terms of work of workers of the headquarters of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine, the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of February 20, 2009 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 24, 2009 at No. 270/16286 (with changes), having added after paragraph one of Item 1 of the note with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Official (monthly) pay rates, the tariff charges since January 01, 2017 are calculated, proceeding from the size of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge of the worker of 1 job grade established in the amount of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for January 01 of calendar year.".
