Article 1. "About television and radio" of October 9, 2000 (further – the Law) to state Item 11 of article 60 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-97 in the following edition:
"11. Broadcast of advertizing strong alcoholic (with volume fraction of alcohol 20 and more) drinks (except for cognac of local production) during from 06.00 to 22.30 hours, broadcast of advertizing of cigarettes and tobacco products, and also the direct or mediated use or display of cigarettes or tobacco products in teleradio programs for children and young people:
attract infliction of penalty, in three hundred the multiple size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This Law enters for the tenth day after official publication.
