About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Article 1. Article 52 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-97 "About television and radio" of October 9, 2000 (further - the Law) to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. In the election day (referenda) and in previous day it is forbidden to peretranslirovat on cable (wire) TV companies those programs of the TV companies operating in the Republic of Armenia performing land on-air broadcasting which contain propaganda material in the form of information, editorial, documentary, author's or other programs or in any other form.".
Article 2. Add Article 60 with parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the following content:
"8.1. Expression of discrimination to the candidates participating in elections to batches, party blocks by broadcasting companies:
attracts infliction of penalty, in thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
8.2. Failure to provide of the impartial and deprived estimates of information on pre-election propaganda actions (preparatory to referendum) candidates and the batches participating in elections, party blocks (the parties of referendum) in the information programs broadcast on broadcasting company:
attracts infliction of penalty, in thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 3. This Law enters for the tenth day after official publication.
