About introduction of amendments to article 5 of the Federal law "About Public Service of the Russian Cossacks"

Article 1

Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of December 5, 2005 No. 154-FZ "About public service of the Russian Cossacks" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 50, Art. 5245; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5743; 2011, No. 23, Art. 3241; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4388; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4160) following changes:

To add 1) with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The Russian Cossacks are involved in execution of the public and municipal service in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation provided that the Cossack society which members in accordance with the established procedure assumed liabilities on execution of the public or other service is entered in the state register of the Cossack societies in the Russian Federation.";

To add 2) with part 5.2 following of content:

"5.2. Members of the Cossack society entered in the state register of the Cossack societies in the Russian Federation the assumed liabilities on execution of the public or other service having the right to replace positions to which the restrictions and prohibitions established for the purpose of anti-corruption by the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "About anti-corruption" and other Federal Laws in case of observance of the conditions provided by this Federal Law extend.";
