About introduction of amendments to article 80.1 of the Federal law "Charter of Rail Transport of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 80.1 of the Federal Law of January 10, 2003 No. 18-FZ "The charter of rail transport of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 2, Art. 170; 2014, No. 49, Art. 6928) following changes:

Part one to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"The service in ensuring landing of passengers from among disabled people in the car and disembarkation from it is provided by employees of carrier. When landing passengers from among disabled people from low platform in the car which is not equipped with the lifting mechanism in the absence of lift platform at the station employees of carrier will organize landing of the passenger in the car, workers of the owner of infrastructure render assistance. Disembarkation of passengers from among disabled people is performed in the same order.";

Parts the fourth - the seventh to consider 4) respectively by parts five - the eighth.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
