If the place of payment of goods (works, services) is in the place where services of access to mobile radiotelephone communication and (or) means of collective access to the Internet are not provided, the seller (contractor) is exempted from obligation to provide in this place possibility of payment of goods (works, services) with use of national payment instruments.
The seller is exempted from obligation to provide possibility of payment of goods with use of national payment instruments in the shopping facility, the proceeds from sales of goods in which constitute less than five million rubles for prior calendar year.".
