About introduction of amendments to article 21 of the Federal law "About Municipal Service in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 21 of the Federal Law of March 2, 2007 No. 25-FZ "About municipal service in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 10, Art. 1152; 2008, No. 44, Art. 4987) following changes:

1) in part 3 the second offer to exclude;

1. Keep for the local government officers having on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law unused annual paid leaves or parts of these leaves, the right to their use, and also the right to payment of monetary compensation for unused annual paid leaves or parts of these leaves.

2. Estimate according to requirements of article 21 of the Federal Law of March 2, 2007 No. 25-FZ "About municipal service in the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) duration of the annual paid leaves granted to the local government officers replacing positions of municipal service on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law since their new office year.
