For the purpose of establishment of time frames of transit of goods across the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Introduce in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of Articles 95, of 101, of 102, of 105, of 128, of 135, of 148, of 153, of 157, of 158, of 163, of 176, of 180, of 213, of 229, 232 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 10, 2015 No. 564 the following amendments:

The instruction about features of making of customs transactions when placing goods under the customs procedure of customs transit approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Item 13-1 of the following content:

"13-1. In case of establishment by customs authority of departure of term of customs transit of goods and vehicles on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the paragraph the second Item 13 of this Instruction calculation of term of customs transit is made proceeding from the following formulas:

1) S/V = T

2) S/V + 12 = T,

where

S - distance from the point of departure to destination in kilometers according to appendix 3 to this Instruction;

V - average speed of movement of vehicles of 40 kilometers per hour during summer period of time and 30 kilometers per hour during winter period of time, taking into account transportation of goods on the mountain area;

T - delivery date of load to destination (in hours);

12 - number of hours of rest of the driver in days.
