1. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of October 15, 2004 No. 742/1090 "About approval of the Instruction about order of interaction between bodies of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine and law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine by transfer of the foreigners and persons without citizenship detained by them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 1, 2004 for No. 1398/9997.

2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
