1. The Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the state awards of Ukraine" (2000, No. 21, the Art. 162) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. The rank the Hero of Ukraine can be given, by way of exception, posthumously to the foreigner who is awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan for making of the outstanding heroic act connected with upholding of the constitutional principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms during the Advantage Revolution (November, 2013 - February, 2014)".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
