About modification of Article 42 of the Labor code of Ukraine concerning protection of labor rights of workers
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second Article 42 of the Labor code of Ukraine (1971, Appendix to No. 50, by the station 375) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) to workers who had less than three years before retirement age in case of which achievement person has the right to retirement benefits".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
