Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Item 13 of the Regulations on the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2007 No. 145 "About procedure for the organization and conducting state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 11, Art. 1336; 2008, No. 2, Art. 95; 2012, No. 17, Art. 1958; 2015, No. 31, Art. 4700; No. 50, Art. 7178, 7181; 2016, No. 48, of the Art. 6766) to add with the subitem "m" of the following content:

"l) reasons for safety of hazardous production facility with appendix of the copy of positive experimental testimony of industrial safety of such reasons entered in the register of experimental testimonies of industrial safety if preparation of reasons for safety of hazardous production facility and expertize of industrial safety of such reasons are provided by the Federal Law "About Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" certified in accordance with the established procedure.".
