1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 19, 2012 No. 209 "About approval of the Regulations on Management of the state supervision of safety of navigation of the fleet of fishery", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 8, 2012 at No. 727/21040.
2. To provide to department of livestock production in the procedure established by the legislation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of the order.
