1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 22, 2016 No. 2247/5 "About realization of pilot project on state registration of scrap", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 22, 2016 at No. 1018/29148, the following changes:

To add 1) after Item 3 with new item 4 of the following content:

"4.
