- being guided by desire to deepen bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic Georgia,
- aiming at creation of optimum conditions for functioning of diplomatic representations of the countries in the territory of each other,
- being guided by provisions Vienna conventions on diplomatic relations of 1961,
agreed about the following:
Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic Georgia and Embassy of the Republic Georgia in Ukraine are mutually exempted from payment for use of the service premises and land areas adjoining to them provided to them respectively in Ukraine and the Republic Georgia. Specific addresses and characteristics of service premises will be determined by separate protocols which the Parties will sign respectively to the operating procedure for placement and servicing of diplomatic corps in Tbilisi and Kiev.
Embassies of both countries will take all necessary measures for preserving rooms and the land areas adjoining to them in that type and condition in which they were presented to them in use.
Any reorganization of rooms or change of condition of the land areas adjoining to them can be carried out by Embassies in which use they provided, only on condition of availability of consent of relevant organs of the adoptive state received in accordance with the established procedure.
Expenses on running repair, reorganization of rooms and care of adjacent land areas, electric, heating and others utility providing rooms are charged to Embassies in which use they are presented.
