About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38 of February 3, 2006.

In regulations on the Register of heritable cases and wills (the appendix No. 1) approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 38 of February 3, 2006 "About creation of the Register of heritable cases and wills and about approval of the Regulations on this register" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, the Art. No. 43-46, 145) registered in the Ministry of Justice No. 435 of February 3, 2006 with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:

1. State Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. Information on registration of opening of heritable cases in the relation of the died person, notarially certified wills and information on the notary who registered heritable case is issued by the Center for the written application of degree of jurisdiction, prosecutor's office, criminal prosecution authority, legal executive or tax authority in connection with the cases which are in their production.

The statement contains surely surname, name and date of death of the dead, the purpose of the requirement of information and, optionally, identification number, birth date of the dead."

2. Add with Item 25-1 of the following content:

"25-1. Person who has interest according to the law concerning property of the dead has the right to request in the Center information on registration of opening of heritable cases and on the notary who registered heritable case based on the statement constituted according to Item 25, to which the declaration under own responsibility on interest existence is attached."
