About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following changes:

Article 242 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 242. Deliveries of goods, services and medicines and products of medical appointment in the field of medical and veterinary activities

1. Delivery of prosthetic and orthopedic products, delivery of specialized goods for persons with limited opportunities of health, including their repair, are the deliveries exempted from the VAT.

2. Supply of medicines, including vaccines and medicines for animals, and also products of medical appointment according to the lists approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is the delivery exempted from the VAT.";

2) in Article 255:

a) in the name of Article of the word", vaccines and medicines for animals" to exclude;

b) the words "and also vaccines and medicines for animals" to exclude;

3) regarding 1 Article 257:

a) in Item 2 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities of health";

b) to add Item 12 after the word "means" with words ", including vaccines and medicines for animals, and also products of medical appointment";

4) regarding 1 Article 258 of the word", and also" to exclude vaccines and medicines for animals.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
