2. To provide to chiefs of structural divisions, subordinated organizations, heads of district, city managements and departments of formation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic strict observance of requirements of these Regulations.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
