About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Item and Item of 1 part five of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one:
1. In appendix to the Technique of assessment of the financial stability of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 28, 2013 No. 13, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 25, 2013 for No. 482/23014 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of December 21, 2015 No. 232):
1) in paragraph one of the word and figures "of March 19, 2003 No. 124, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2003 at No. 353/7674" shall be replaced with words also in figures "of March 1, 2016 No. 129";
2) in paragraph ten of Item 9 of the word and figures "of March 19, 2003 No. 124, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2003 at No. 353/7674" shall be replaced with words also in figures "of March 1, 2016 No. 129".
2. In the Section III of Provisions on procedure for maintaining the register of members of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 7, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2012 at No. 1547/21859 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of September 23, 2013 No. 29):
