Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2016 No. 617 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the organizations subordinated to it and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 28, the Art. 4742).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2016 No. 617

1. In requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the organizations subordinated to it approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. These requirements do not extend:

on objects (territories) which are subject to obligatory protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation;

on the important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation regarding their equipment technical means of protection and procedure for control of their equipment and operation of the specified technical means of protection.";

b) in Item 10 of the word "Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and" shall be replaced with words "The Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or divisions of private security of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and territorial authorities";
