Bring in the Procedure and rules of carrying out compulsory insurance of civil-law responsibility of the private notary approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2015 No. 624 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 70, the Art. 2304), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure and rules of carrying out compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of the private notary

1. In Item 1 of the word "and implementation of functions of the state registrar of the rights to real estate according to the Law of Ukraine " about state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances " shall be replaced with words " and/or other actions assigned to notaries according to the law".

2. To add Item 2 after the words "About Notariate" with words ", " about state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming".

3. In Item 3:
