About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About customs tariff"
Being guided by Item 25 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of approval of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About customs tariff" with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About anti-dumping, countervailing and protective measures" of May 31, 2016 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 261-VQ:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About customs tariff" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 7, Article 779; 2016, No. 1, Article 21, No. 2, the book I, Article 206, No. 6, Article 972) to make the following changes:
1. Article 6. 6.3 and 6.4 to state 2, in the following edition:
"6.2. The special duties are applied in case of causing serious damage or emergence of risk of causing serious damage to the local production sphere because of the increased amount and conditions of commodity importation on customs area.
6.3. Anti-dumping duties are applied in case commodity importation on customs area at the price which is lower than its normal cost causes material damage to the local production sphere, creates risk of causing material damage to the local production sphere or significantly slows down creation of the local production sphere.
6.4. The compensatory duties are applied in case import to customs area of goods concerning which in case of production, export or transportation the specific subsidy of foreign state was used causes material damage to the local production sphere, creates risk of causing material damage to the local production sphere or significantly slows down creation of the local production sphere.".
2. In Article 6.5 of the word "the relevant law" shall be replaced with words "the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On anti-dumping, countervailing and protective measures".
