Article 1

1. According to this Agreement regular and irregular transportations of passengers by buses and cars, transportation of goods by vehicles (trailer hauling trucks and semitrailer trucks or without them) between both countries and transit across their territory to the third countries carriers which according to the domestic legislation of the country are allowed to implementation of these transportations will be performed.

2. This Agreement does not violate the rights and obligations of the Contractual Parties which follow from other international treaties and the agreements signed by them.

Article 2

Terminology.

1. The term "carrier" means any physical person or legal entity authorized according to the domestic legislation of the Contractual Parties to perform international carriages.

2. The term "vehicle" means

a) in transit loads - the cargo vehicle, the trailer hauling truck, the tractor truck or the tractor truck with semitrailer truck;
