Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Regulations on the control over the implementation of obligations on guarantees of use of the imported and exported goods (services) of double application in stated purposes approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 11, 1993 No. 1030 "About control over the implementation of obligations on guarantees of use of the imported and exported goods (services) of double application in stated purposes" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 44, Art. 4199; Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 31, Art. 4023; 2001, No. 37, Art. 3684; 2005, No. 7, Art. 562; 2012, No. 3, Art. 415; 2014, No. 44, Art. 6061):

a) in line items of the 15 and 16 appendix No. 1 to the specified Provision of the word "in case of registration" shall be replaced with words "in the presence of seal in case of registration";

b) to add appendix No. 4 to the specified Provision after alphabetic references of "L. S." with words "(in the presence of seal)".
