State Customs Committee of Ukraine and Customs committee of the Republic Georgia, further Contractual Parties,

for the purpose of simplification of customs formalities in transit goods,

agreed about it:

Article 1

The contractual Parties help that vehicles, loads, baggage, mailings, currency, other means of payment which go through border were provided with the relevant documents which answer customs and currency rules of the State Parties of this Agreement and are applied in cargo, passenger and post exchange.

Article 2

The contractual Parties will mutually recognize customs papers, customs seals, prints of seals and stamps and official signs on vehicles, loads and mailings. They can also mutually recognize seals and seals of expeditionary and transport organizations and official signs on vehicles.

Article 3

The contractual Parties will exchange samples of customs papers and the customs providing mentioned in Article 2, and also inventories, import, export or transit of which through their territory is limited or prohibited.

Article 4

The contractual Parties timely will report each other about changes and amendments to the customs legislation, rules, office instructions and forms of customs papers and providing.

Article 5

Movement of goods and vehicles between customs of the Contractual Parties will be performed with use of the Cargo customs declaration (further GTD).

Article 6

All matters of argument connected with accomplishment and interpretation of provisions of this agreement are solved by consultations and approvals between the Contractual Parties.

Article 7

Customs papers are carried out in language, stipulated by the legislation the states of departure for creation of customs papers.
