About approval of forms and Managements on filling of Information on Payment requests to the Government

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of provisions of the Memorandum of economic and financial policy, concerning monitoring of budget indicators and representation to the International Monetary Fund of the report on budget deficit financing sources, based on provisions of Art. 20 of the h. (1) the item f) the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of July 25, 2014, according to item 7 of h 7) the Orders of the Government about regulation of activities of the Ministry of Finance No. 1265 of November 14, 2008 and based on Art. 22 of the h. (5) item j-1, of the h. (7) I ORDER to the item (h) of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995:

1. Approve:

a) The form "Information on Payment Requests to the Government as of ________ 20 __ Years", provided to the Ministry of Finance by commercial banks according to appendix No. 1;

b) The form "Disaggregation of Information on Payment Requests to the Government as of ________ 20 __ Years" according to appendix No. 2;

c) Management on filling of Information on Payment requests to the Government as of ________ 20 __ years, provided to the Ministry of Finance by commercial banks according to appendix No. 3.

2. Commercial banks provide to the Ministry of Finance information according to the forms approved in item 1 a) and b), monthly to the 10th following the accounting period.

3. This order becomes effective since submission of information as of January 31, 2017 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
