I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 135 "About approval of Regulations of Admission, storages of data from cash registers with function of fixing and (or) data transmission about the cash calculations perfromed in case of sales of goods, works, services, and also their transfer to bodies of state revenues by the operator of fiscal data" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulations at No. 10665, published on May 4, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:
in Regulations of Admission, storages of data from cash registers with function of fixing and (or) data transmission about the cash calculations perfromed in case of sales of goods, works, services, and also their transfer to bodies of state revenues by the operator of the fiscal data approved by the specified order:
9) of Item 6 to exclude the subitem.
2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tengebayev A.M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
