About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 8, the Art. 392) the following changes:

in Article 7:

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2017.

Declare invalid the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 27, 2011 No. 156 "About establishment of the size of basic part of pension since October 1, 2011" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 8, the Art. 1096).

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to adopt the corresponding regulatory legal acts for implementation of this Law in a month.
