About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582 "About the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and about Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3821; 2011, No. 26, Art. 3812; No. 35, Art. 5084; No. 44, Art. 6281; 2014, No. 3, Art. 289; No. 9, Art. 916; No. 45, Art. 6217).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 3 months from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582

1. Add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to develop and approve till January 1, 2018 methodical recommendations about use of the basic principles of determination of the rent approved by this resolution in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property.".

2. Add the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property approved by the specified resolution, the paragraph of the following content:
