Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the pricing Bases in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, Art. 6022; 2013, No. 33, Art. 4389; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2996; No. 28, Art. 4050; No. 48, Art. 6865; No. 50, Art. 7094; 2015, No. 8, Art. 1167; No. 17, Art. 2572; No. 41, Art. 5664; 2016, No. 2, Art. 403; No. 27, Art. 4501; No. 45, Art. 6263; 2017, No. 6, Art. 925):

a) Item 48 paragraph two (to declare 1) invalid;

b) add with Item 48 (2) the following content:

"48(2). In case of establishment (adjustment) of rates in the field of heat supply for 2018 and subsequent periods of regulation the settlement entrepreneurial profit of the regulated organization is not established for the regulated organization:

being state or municipal unitary enterprise;

the agreement (agreements) of the lease signed for the term of less than 3 years. owning object (objects) of heat supply only based on";

c) Item 74 (to state 1) in the following edition:

"74(1). The settlement entrepreneurial profit of the regulated organization is established for such organization taking into account features, stipulated in Item 48(2) this documents.
