The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Georgia which further are referred to as "Party"
aiming to help political, economic and cultural cooperation between two states and on this basis - to further development and consolidation of the friendly relations of the Ukrainian and Georgian people,
attaching great value to consultations, and also exchange of opinions at the different levels of rather bilateral relations and international problems which constitute mutual interest,
wishing to help operational permission of questions of bilateral cooperation,
agreed about it:
The parties will regularly hold negotiations and consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and other levels on global and regional problems that constitute mutual interest, and also concerning the bilateral relations and cooperation with other states.
For development of specific questions in mutual consent expert or working groups can be created.
The parties previously, based on the mutual arrangement, will determine the agenda, terms and the venue of negotiations and consultations. Meetings between Ministers of Foreign Affairs or other persons on their order will be held on less once a year.
The parties will promote implementation of direct contacts between them, to acquaintance with experience of each other based on the organization of consultations between their relevant divisions, including mutual exchange of delegations.
Delegations of the Parties during participation in work of the international conferences and forums within the international organizations will hold consultations for preliminary approval of the line items on different questions that constitute mutual interest.
