About modification of Article 90 of the Budget code of Ukraine of rather financial provision of physical culture and sport

1. Item 6 parts one of Article 90 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, 572) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 50-51, in the following edition:
"6) physical culture and sport:
a) programs for development of physical culture and sport (content and educational and training work of children's and youth sports schools of all types republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value (except the schools determined in the subitem "b" of this Item), schools of the highest sports skill, the centers of the Olympic preparation, the centers of physical health of the population republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value, regular teams of reserve sport, action for physical culture and sport republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value, including training of national teams of the region for participation in sports competitions of the national level, financial support republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional cells of All-Ukrainian public organizations of sports orientation and sports constructions republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value);
b) programs for development of physical culture, sport, sports rehabilitation of disabled people (the centers republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value on development of physical culture and sport of disabled people, children's and youth sports schools for disabled people of all types, holding actions for sports rehabilitation of disabled people, educational training camps and competitions republican the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and regional value on physical culture and sport of disabled people, training of national teams of the region for participation in sports competitions of the national level)".
