Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 2, 2014 No. 1015 "About approval of Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 41, the Art. 5545).

Changes which are made to Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of insurance pensions

1. In Item 2:

a) add with subitems "(1)" and "(2)" the following content:

"(1)) the periods of payment of insurance premiums by the physical persons who voluntarily entered legal relationship on mandatory pension insurance for the purpose of payment of insurance premiums for other physical person for which payment of insurance premiums by the insurer according to the Federal Law "About Mandatory Pension Insurance in the Russian Federation" and the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees is not performed;
