1. Approve the enclosed Rules of assessment of readiness of subjects of power industry for work during heating season and carrying out monitoring of risk of violation of work of subjects of power industry in the field of power industry.
2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till January 1, 2018 to approve technique of evaluating readiness of subjects of power industry for work during heating season.
3. Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2018.
