About modification of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies

According to article 261 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of National police of Ukraine I order:

1. Bring in the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses in police agencies approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 6, 2015 No. 1376, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2015 at No. 1496/27941, the following changes:

In paragraph three of Item 6 of the Section III after words and the sign "in the graph"" to add 1) with the words "time and";

Appendix 4 to this Instruction before the words "motives of detention" to add 2) with the words "time and".

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of National police of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
