The National Bank of Ukraine and National Bank of the Republic Georgia (further referred to as with the Parties) agreed as follows:
Calculations and payments for goods and services between physical persons and legal entities of Ukraine and the Republic Georgia in agreements (contracts) are performed according to the mutual arrangement of Agreement parties in monetary units, the being legal tender currencies in the territory of Ukraine and the Republic Georgia.
Calculations and payments between legal entities of both Parties are made through the correspondent accounts of commercial banks of Ukraine And the republic Georgia opened each other according to the legislation of these countries. Use of these accounts perhaps after exchange of lists of the authorized banks having the right to opening of correspondent accounts.

Calculations for centralized deliveries based on interstate trade agreements are perfromed through the commercial banks authorized by the Government.
The National Bank of Ukraine within two working days from the date of the signature of this agreement opens to National Bank of the Republic Georgia correspondent account in monetary unit of Ukraine.
The National Bank of the Republic Georgia in the same terms opens (in addition to earlier open accounts) to the National Bank of Ukraine correspondent account in monetary unit of the Republic Georgia.
Funds from the accounts specified in Article 2, can be used by the Parties for provision of interbank credits and carrying out conversion currency transactions with commercial banks of Ukraine and the Republic Georgia, and also for other transactions by agreement of the parties.
