Bring in the Procedure of the social order at the expense of budgetary funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2013 No. 324 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 36, Art. 1265; 2015, No. 40, Art. 1202), following changes:
in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On implementation of public procurements" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On public purchases";
in Item 12:
in paragraph three of subitem 1 of the word "and the certificate of territorial authority of GFS of lack of tax debt issued not later than month before submission of the competitive offer" to exclude;
third subitem 2 to exclude the paragraph.
