1. Local executive bodies of the cities and regions of regional value, areas in the city, services of civil protection of areas, the capitals, the cities of republican value, territorial subdivisions of the central executive bodies annually on the termination of the first decade of November of the corresponding year submit reports in territorial subdivisions of department of authorized body.";

"6-1.
