3. To impose control of execution of this order on the secretary of state of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1.2. The board of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Board) is permanent highest consultative state and public governing body which considers the main questions carried to field of activity of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
