1. Create in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine parliamentary group for communication with Parliament of Georgia and in Parliament of Georgia - parliamentary group for communication with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. Give to inter-parliamentary bonds systematic and systematic nature, to regularly hold between parliamentary groups negotiations and consultations concerning the bilateral relations, on global and regional problems that constitute mutual interest. Organize cooperation between the permanent deputy commissions.

Parliaments of both states will closely cooperate within inter-parliamentary assembly of the Black Sea economic cooperation and other bodies of the international inter-parliamentary cooperation.

3. Adjust approval of legislative activity on questions which concern essential interests of both states, and permanent exchange of information between them.

4. Terms and level of carrying out consultations, and also questions that are submitted for consideration, will determine the Parties every year special protocols.

5. Help active cooperation between political parties and public organizations of two countries.
