According to the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects.

2. The requirements to structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory established by the Provision approved by this resolution are not applied to documentation on the layout of the territory, the decision on which preparation is made before entry into force of this resolution.

Regulations on structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects

I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes structure and contents of documentation on the layout of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects (further - documentation on the layout of the territory).

2. Preparation of the site planning of the territory providing placement of one or several linear objects (further - the site planning of the territory), is performed on external borders of the most remote from the planned route of passing of linear objects (routes) of zones with special conditions of use of the territories which are subject to establishment in connection with placement of these linear objects.

2(1). Preparation of the boundary-setting plan providing placement of one or several linear objects (further - the boundary-setting plan), is performed on external borders of the parcels of land which are subject to education, change in connection with construction and (or) reconstruction of these linear objects.
