About modification of the Regulations on the mechanism of percentage assignment
The government DECIDES:
In the Regulations on the mechanism of percentage assignment approved by the Order of the Government No. 1286 of November 30, 2016. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 416-422, 1382), to make the following changes:
1) in Items 1 and 15 the text "according to the income, taxable according to articles 88-90 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997," to exclude;
2) in Item 21 the text "the income tax calculated according to the income, taxable, according to articles 88-90 of the Tax Code and reflected in the reporting provided by part (article 92 of the Tax Code" shall be replaced with words 4) "the calculated income tax".
